What is SportBuilder?

SportBuilder is an AI-powered sports coaching platform that analyzes videos of your athletes and provides real specific coaching feedback — technique scores, what's working, areas to improve, and personalized weekly drills. It works for families with multiple athletes across multiple sports and for coaches managing entire teams.

What sports does SportBuilder support?

We currently support Baseball, Softball, Golf, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Running, Cheerleading, and Tumbling. We are actively developing additional sports.

Who is SportBuilder designed for?

Parents who want to help their kids improve between practices. Coaches who want to give players a tool to work on skills at home. Individual athletes of any age who want to improve their technique on their own terms.

Is SportBuilder a replacement for a real coach?

No. SportBuilder is a powerful tool to supplement coaching not replace it. Think of it as a knowledgeable second set of eyes available any time anywhere. The best results come from using SportBuilder alongside real coaching.

How does the AI analysis work?

When you upload a video our AI extracts key frames and analyzes body position, mechanics, timing, and technique specific to the sport and skill selected. It generates a technique score out of 100, identifies what is working, pinpoints areas to improve, and recommends three specific drills for that week.

How long does an analysis take?

Most analyses complete within 30 to 60 seconds.

What kind of video should I upload?

Short videos work best — between 10 and 60 seconds. Film from the side when possible. Make sure there is adequate lighting and the athlete is clearly visible. A steady phone camera works perfectly.

What are the drill video links in the results?

After each analysis SportBuilder recommends three drills. Each drill includes YouTube and Google search buttons that open relevant tutorial videos in a new tab so you can watch demonstrations of each drill.

Can I add multiple athletes?

Yes. Depending on your plan you can add between 1 and 40 athlete profiles. Each athlete has their own separate history and progress tracking.

How many athletes per plan?

Free: 1 athlete. Pro $9.99: up to 4 athletes. Family $19.99: up to 8 athletes. Team $29.99: up to 40 athletes.

What is the Team plan for?

The Team plan is designed for coaches managing a full roster. It supports up to 40 athlete profiles, includes a coach dashboard showing all players scores and progress, highlights most improved players, and allows coaches to send parent invite links.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. SportBuilder is fully COPPA compliant. All data is stored with encryption and Row Level Security. We never sell personal information. Ever.

What happens to videos I upload?

Videos are processed by our AI to generate your coaching report. Still frames are processed in real time and not permanently retained. You can delete your videos and session data at any time.

Do you share my data?

Only with service providers necessary to operate SportBuilder — Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, and Resend. No one else. Never for advertising.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. 3 AI analyses per month and 1 athlete profile. No credit card required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription contact support@sportbuilder.ai for a full refund no questions asked.

How do I cancel?

Go to the Account tab within the app and select Manage Subscription. Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
